    THAT the Regional Board agenda for March 20, 2025 be ammended as follows:

    • New Item No. 11.1.2 -Invitation for a Joint Proposal to Co-host the 2026 North Central local Government Association (NCLGA) Annual General meeting and Convention in Prince George.
    • New Item No. 16.1.2 - Response Letter dated March 13, 2025 from David Greer, Executive Director, BC Wildfire Service, Ministry of Forests regarding the Cooperative Community Wildfire Response and Invitation to Meet with BC Wildfire Service Representatives (Letter dated February 20, 2025 from the RDFFG attached for reference).
    • New Item No. 16.1.3 - Response Letter dated March 14, 2025 from the Honourable Mike Farnworth, Ministry of Transportation and Transit regading the Closure of the Quesnel-Hixon Road (Letter dated September 6, 2024 from the RDFFG attached for reference).
